The following Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your participation in the Vaulted “Free Gold” Campaign (“Campaign”). By participating in the Campaign, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Vaulted’s general Terms of Service (including without limitation, liability limitations and alternative dispute resolution provisions) and Privacy Policy.
1. Eligibility
To be eligible for the Campaign, you must:
Be at least 18 years old.
Create a new Vaulted account during the Campaign period.
Set up a VaultPlan within one week of creating your Vaulted account.
Maintain an active VaultPlan for six (6) consecutive months with a minimum contribution of $50 per month.
Opt in to the Campaign by clicking on the designated opt-in email link or by taking another specified opt-in action provided by Vaulted within the Campaign period.
Limit one offer per user. Vaulted accounts created prior to the Campaign start date are not eligible. The Campaign is void where prohibited.
2. Campaign Offer
Eligible participants will receive $50 worth of gold (“Free Gold”) credited to their Vaulted account after meeting all Campaign requirements.
The Free Gold:
Will be credited to your Vaulted account within 30 days after successfully maintaining your qualifying VaultPlan for six consecutive months and meeting all other Campaign requirements.
Is non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash.
Will be priced at the wholesale market gold price at the time of allocation.
3. VaultPlan Requirements
To qualify:
You must create a VaultPlan within seven (7) days of your account creation date.
Your VaultPlan must maintain a minimum contribution of $50 per month for six consecutive months without interruption.
If you pause, cancel, or fail to fund your VaultPlan for any month during the six-month qualification period, you will forfeit your eligibility for the Free Gold.
4. Timing and Fulfillment
Upon successful completion of the qualification period:
Vaulted will verify your account and VaultPlan activity.
Your Free Gold will be allocated to your Vaulted holdings within 30 days after confirmation of eligibility.
5. General Conditions
Vaulted reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Campaign at any time without prior notice.
Vaulted reserves the right to start and end the Campaign period at any time without prior notice.
Vaulted reserves the right to withhold or revoke the Free Gold if it determines, in its sole discretion, that you have violated these Terms, attempted to manipulate or abuse the Campaign, or engaged in any fraudulent activity.
Participation in the Campaign does not alter your tax obligations. You are solely responsible for any applicable taxes related to your receipt of the Free Gold.
Vaulted is not responsible for any technical failures or delays that prevent participation in the Campaign.
